A friend of mine recently discovered a fantastic butcher shop in downtown Gainesville. He brought to our house a charcuterie board with cheeses and meats and, boy, was it delicious! I don't know how I didn't know about it because I live in downtown Gainesville, but am certainly glad to know about it now. I am posting this on my rental blog to share with others who are not "in the know" either.
I'm definitely going to make it a go-to place for picking up meats-- it looks like they have a huge variety of meats (lamb, alligator, waygu... and even bone broth).

For my renters at Southern Comfort Rental Properties, you can walk to Fehrenbacher's from The Palms but should probably drive from the other locations. It's another great thing in Gainesville.
