Depot Park has something for everyone!

Kids can play in the elaborate playgrounds (several playgrounds divided by age-appropriate equipment) and a water feature area for super hot days.
Adults can do yoga, have a picnic, bike, rollerblade, play frisbee, have a meal from Pop-a-Top, grab a beer or wine from Boxcar.
Want to stay indoors? Visit the Cade Museum, which has a beautiful glassed-in room on the 2nd floor which overlooks the entire park.
Connect to the Hawthorne Trail if you need to extend your trail, but then come right back.

For my renters at Southern Comfort Rental Properties, you can walk to Depot Park from The Palms or from the Duckpond homes. If you're driving to the park, there is plenty of excess parking south of Depot Park. It's another great "thing to do in Gainesville."
