Blue Gill Restaurant has absolutely fantastic Southern cuisine! It's one of my favorite go-to lunch restaurants (they are also great for dinner).
One of three successful businesses owned by the Gills, their mission is the same as their sister restaurants: to serve fresh, delicious food made from the best local ingredients. Their gorgeous copper top bar and spacious dining area make Blue Gill a great place for friends, family, and large parties to enjoy food inspired by southern style cooking.
Located conveniently next to Shands and just south of UF campus, Blue Gill has ample parking (it's located underneath a parking garage) and is convenient from all Gainesville locations.
