We love helping our clients get short-term rental ready! We just finished our most recent conversion from a long-term rental to a short-term rental. Our client is out of town and needed help managing and furnishing his vacation rental property. We are full service - we can help get the properties furnished and decorated, and then marketed and booked. Our #1 goal is to make our rentals comfortable and homey for our guests. Many of our guests at this particular properties are families of Shands patients who need a comfortable home outside of hospital visits.
