Union Street Farmers Market in Gainesville, FL

Updated: Feb 13, 2019

The Gainesville's Union Street Farmers Market opens every Wednesday from 4PM to 7PM rain or shine at Bo Didley Plaza.

I have lived in downtown Gainesville for 13+ years and have seen the market transform from a smaller market at Union Street to a larger market with food trucks, entertainment, meats, dairy, fruits, veggies, flowers and more at Bo Didley Plaza.

In a rush and need to grab dinner to go? Go to the following food carts/ stalls:

And sometimes Cilantro Tacos

And if you need a break from carrying around your delicious finds, sit down for a massage from Treetop Massage.

Happy Healthy Shopping!

For my renters at Southern Comfort Rental Properties, you can walk to the market from The Palms or from the Duckpond homes. If you're driving to the market, you can park in the city parking lot just south of Bo Diddley Plaza. It's another great "thing to do in Gainesville."
